Our Experience Gives Us The Edge

Our Experience Gives Us The Edge

We’ve Seen It All – Twice

No matter what you hire someone to do, you want them to be experienced. Whether you need a mechanic or a heart surgeon, you hope it’s not their first time. Preferably, they’ll have years, if not decades, of experience.

The same goes for the home remodeling industry.

You don’t want installers showing up at your home that have never swung a hammer before and still have their tape measure in its packaging.

You want experience. From day one through project completion. From your initial phone call through the design phase and all the way through cleanup, you want people who know what they’re doing.

Like the pros at Executive Remodeling.

By choosing us, you get experience, skill, and results.

Every House Is Different

No two houses are the same – and we’ve seen a lot of houses. However, issues that pop up from house to house can be similar.

Once we’ve seen something, even if it’s a little different, it stands out the next time we see similar issues. And once you have a big mental notebook of what can go wrong, problem areas are easier to spot, and it’s easier to understand a unique or rare issue.

And we have decades of experience.

Some team members have been around a long time and have seen it all. Every home they’ve worked on represents new experience in the memory bank.

So when we come out for a consultation, and you’re having an issue here or there, or you want to change this or that, we have a much deeper trove of experience to rely on.

That doesn’t just go for solving problems, but to design as well.

Get More Creative Solutions

From aesthetics to functionality, our experience in home remodeling design enhances every project we work on.

What we do to free up extra space in one house to expand a kitchen may not work for another home. But with our experience, we can develop another way to do the same thing to achieve equal or better results.

Every time our craftsmen see something, it makes it easier the next time.

It really is true – experience can’t be beat.

Older Houses Are More Difficult

A house built ten years ago doesn’t have the issues that a house built 80, 90, or 100 years ago. And while that may seem like common sense, it can be much more critical than one might think.

Some issues much older homes face include:

  • Electrical Issues
  • Deteriorated Framing
  • Water In The Basement

While these issues aren’t exclusive to older homes, they are much more common with them.

There’s also asbestos.

If we walk into a home with vinyl floors from the 1950s, we will likely find asbestos. So we stop, and before we do anything, we have it tested. And while it’s not 100% that the home will have asbestos, we won’t just start tearing up the flooring.

Our experience tells us that building materials and products used decades ago in houses like certain tile, vinyl, and glues have a high probability to carry asbestos. So, we act with caution.

Experience has always served us well at Executive Remodeling, and it will continue to do so into the future.

Our Knowledge Base Builds Upon Itself

Everything we’ve seen becomes a compilation of experiences we can rely on later. And each project manager, project designer, and craftsman sees and learns more daily.

And that experience is shared – our team members communicate.

We share experiences, unique things we come across, and tricky situations. We discuss complex ideas and rely on each other and our overall shared experiences as a remodeling company.

With Executive Remodeling, you get decades and decades and decades of construction, design, and remodeling experience poured into your project. Whether it’s a room addition, a basement remodel, or a whole house remodel, you get a team that’s seen it all.
