Water from spring melts would enter the family room every spring, and we needed to preserve the investment in our nearly 100-year-old house. Executive Remodeling was supportive at every step. Executive Remodeling did a full bathroom addition to our 1908 house, including adding a foundation and crawlspace. They delivered the project on budget with no surprises. Great communication as far as what to expect each week. Dave Perry our project manager was great, all the subcontractors were great, and were very respectful of coming and going from our house during the pandemic. We especially liked how they were able to tastefully transition from our old house into a new room. We would definitely use them again.

We had an incredible experience with Executive remodeling in our recent remodel. We completely renovated our mudroom, removed a closet and replaced it with a butlers pantry and transformed another closet into a food/storage pantry. We worked together on all aspects of the project from start to finish. The entire team was easily accessible via phone/email/text anytime. Dave was our on site project manager and he was AMAZING. He was in touch daily with progress reports, any questions/concerns and was always on time. They not only stayed within budget but they also stayed within the time frame they quoted which was a big concern of ours when we initially decided to do the project. 1. This was our first big renovation. We weren't prepared for some of the decisions we needed to make before the project started. 2. Guidelines for what was expected of us before the project began wasn't clear, such as selection of: backsplash, lighting , tiles etc. 3. Once the project began, Executive Remodeling gave us a clear timeline with weekly updates. 4. Executive Remodeling staff was very courteous and respectful as were their contractors. 5. They informed us of what they were going to do with construction details i.e. - poly barriers, dust, etc. 6. They also had an excellent cleaning crew who did more than we expected. 7. Highly recommended. Executive Remodeling renovated my kitchen. I interviewed a few contractors and was frustrated because they quoted prices higher than I wanted. Executive’s designer came to our house and talked to us. She provided a quote within a day or two. When I saw it was nearly 20% less expensive, I was skeptical, but it broke the price down for allowances and such. She walked us through paperwork and helped us pick materials. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. The final price was almost identical to the original.

Our experience from the very beginning was positive. Everyone was great to work with. They gave us great advice, taking our dreams forward to what was doable. We were able to bring our wiring up to code and strengthen vulnerabilities in our 100 year old house. We sleep better knowing that our basement is dry, the wiring is safe and the support structures are sound. After many different contractors for several projects over 30 years, these guys are the best.

Executive was amazingly resourceful and found expertise to address everything with experienced craftspeople. We brought wiring up to code and strengthened our 100-year-old house. We sleep better knowing our basement’s dry, the wiring is safe, and the support structures are sound. They left behind a beautiful space. They’re not the cheapest, but we felt our money was well spent. After many contractors for projects over 30 years, these guys are the best.

Executive Remodeling did a full bathroom addition to our 1908-era house, including adding a foundation and crawlspace. They delivered the project on budget with no surprises. We had an incredible experience with Executive remodeling, renovating our mudroom, removing a closet and replacing it with a butler's pantry, and transforming another closet into a food/storage pantry. We emptied out the basement for drain tile then re-installed what was taken out to preserve the investment in our nearly 100-year-old house. Executive’s team was supportive every step of the way. Their optimism and "can do" attitude were helpful as we discovered complications. They got the right craftsmen for every step. We even added a new garden window to the kitchen upstairs, knowing we could trust them to do a great install. We sleep well knowing our wiring is up to code, and we enjoy a great deal of natural light in the basement because of their work.

They took out a wall, put in stunning French doors, beautiful can lighting, rerouting electrical, HVAC removal, drywall, ceiling texture, reinforced ceiling... Basically changed the entire living space. No job is too big and they work fast–with GORGEOUS and AFFORDABLE results. We’re so thrilled with Executive Remodeling’s work renovating our dining room, kitchen, hallway, and main floor bathroom.
