A Home In Desperate Need Of Attention
Susan’s split-level home, built in the 80s, had many of the common design features of that time, with a closed-off kitchen and unused space being the main culprits.
They weren’t the only problems, though.
Susan’s house had older windows, and they’d seen their day come and go. Just imagine the poor energy efficiency she was dealing with. All that wonderful heat was escaping in the winter and the cool air escaped during the summer.
Those utility bills must have been a sore sight.
In addition, all three bathrooms still held their ‘80s aesthetic and older materials, and many other parts of the home, including the floors and fixtures, would need updating.
The house was in a state of disrepair overall and needed a lot of work, but that’s why Susan called us. After finishing the inspection and giving her a quote, she chose us as her remodeling contractor, and we got straight to work.
Bringing An ‘80s Home Into This Century
The design phase of any home remodeling project is usually the most fun for homeowners. And with a whole house remodel, there are many decisions to make.
We planned to open things up – especially the kitchen. We would remove a wall and make the space more expansive, giving Susan much more room.
Then there were the wood windows, which we planned to replace every single one of them. We also planned to replace the flooring on the first and second floors with a wood alternative.
The bathrooms would also be modernized – bringing them, and the whole house, into the 21st century.
Plans were being laid out for almost every part of the house. And Susan could see everything taking shape.
We can transform your home into anything you can imagine at Executive Remodeling. Within reason, of course.
Exceptional Workmanship Leading
To Phenomenal Results
As the construction phase of the whole house remodeling project began, Susan’s home underwent a total transformation. We moved one of the bathrooms, reconfigured another, changed the staircase, and updated its look. We also repainted the entire house.
The kitchen, flooring, and windows were also renovated. In addition, we installed a new patio door and moved a closet from one room to another. Our work was diligent and meticulous. We left no stone unturned and delivered exceptional results.
Once completed, Susan’s home was majestic. She was delighted with our work and loved her remodel.
Having your whole home renovated in this way is a huge undertaking, but with Executive Remodeling, we can make it a stress-free experience with incredible results.
