With a reasonably large home, Sam and Molly wanted a remodel across both floors. This included removing walls, replacing windows, updating bathrooms, and much more.

Sam and Molly’s garage was pulling away from the rest of the home – an unsightly annoyance, to be sure. As part of their remodel, they wanted it torn down and rebuilt. And everything was going according to plan until we began excavating.
The initial soil report stated that there was good soil underneath the garage.
But there wasn’t.
In fact, the soil was terrible, and we needed to act. Our structural engineer arrived, worked through the issue, and planned a solution.
We installed 35 helical piers (steel poles) to support the garage and ended up going down 55 feet! It worked, and we moved on to rebuild the garage and complete the remodel.

This was a massive project, and we nailed it – down to every last detail!
